1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) apply to the business area of SKINIC REJUVENATION CENTER, Bahnhofstrasse 37, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland, (hereinafter referred to as “Practice”). The owner and employees of the Practice provide paid medical services in the field of aesthetic medicine.
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the location mentioned above, which the doctor and employee provide directly and indirectly to the customer.
2. Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments
Appointments may be postponed or cancelled. You can do this free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed date.
For late cancellations, forgotten or postponed treatment appointments, CHF 150 will be charged for the reserved time.
The clinic reserves the right to refuse to accept new appointments or provide treatment should clients postpone and/or cancel an excessive number of appointments.
No additional appointments can be made in the event of there being a disproportionate number of late arrivals, appointment changes or cancellations.
Appointments that are made with incorrect required data (first name, surname, mail address, residential address, date of birth) shall be cancelled.
For clients who fail to appear for an appointment more than once within a year without cancellation, the practice will not perform any further treatments.
The customer is obliged to pay the price for treatment directly onsite, in cash or by credit card. Payment by instalments is not possible, and no invoices are issued.
3. Delays
The practice reserves the right to cancel the appointment if delays occur and to charge a lump sum of CHF 150. The client is responsible for knowing the exact location of the practice ahead of time as well as taking into account possible delays in traffic (traffic jams, difficult parking), or other foreseeable obstacles.
4. Follow-up checks and treatment
A free follow-up examination or treatment is carried out within 2 to a maximum of 3 weeks unless differently agreed with the doctor. Requests for follow-up treatment received by the Practice after this time will be invoiced.
5. Payment
Payment options: Cash payment, PostFinance Card, Maestro or credit card accepted. No payment by instalments or invoice.
If the customer cannot pay the amount, they are automatically in default. Starting from the time of default, the customer shall owe default interest in the amount of 5%. Additional payments are due within five working days. After that, the customer is admonished and served a written reminder. In the case that the payment processing isn’t possible due to a technical problem on the part of the practice’s payment service provider, the customer may transfer the amount to the practice’s bank account within ten days using a payment slip.
The customer is not allowed to offset the invoiced amount against a possible claim of the customer against the Practice.
The practice has the right to refuse further services in case of late payment.
6. Amendments
The practice may change these terms and conditions at any time. The new version comes into force by publication on the practice’s website. Generally, the text of the General Terms and Conditions that is effective at the conclusion of the contract applies to customers, except if the customer has agreed to a newer version of the GTC.
7. Applicable law / Place of jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions are subject to Swiss law. Unless mandatory legal provisions apply, the court at the location of the practice’s registered office shall have jurisdiction.
